CCF members are strongly encouraged to attend The Spiritual Foundations and The Now That You’re Home Workshops These workshops are part of our Kingdom Connections Program designed to create a loving and inclusive atmosphere, encourage the development of our new members, visitors, new believers, and those who re-dedicate their lives to Christ;  as well as empower our existing CCF members.   • Spiritual Foundations will cover what we believe as a church, what it means to be a Christian, CCF’s vision, mission, and why we are a tithing church.
  • Now That You’re Home reviews the definition of church membership, early church history, church membership expectations, the Fivefold Ministry Church, how CCF is governed and organized, CCF’s membership expectations, gift assessments, CCF Village, and more.

All members are asked to sign-up and reserve your spot today.  We want to ensure a healthy, productive, thriving spiritual life for all members of CCF.  These workshops have been established to encourage active involvement in our ministries, departments, and programs. Children who are mature enough to understand the information provided in these workshops are encouraged and welcome to attend; however, childcare is not provided.

mainimg2CVTS offers free Weekly Walk-In Bible Study This Weekly Walk-In Bible Study is open to participants to join anytime. Topics will be determined by guest instructors each week. This will allow for Holy Spirit led Bible study and discussions on various topics. Join the groups every Wednesday – at 6:30p.m. Please bring your Holy Bible, preferably the NIV (New International Version) in book or electronic form. Every Wednesday services in Aurora are at 7 p.m., for Relentless Young Adults, at 10630 E. Iliff Avenue, Aurora, Colorado 80014, in our sanctuary.  Relentless Young Adults Ministry is all about developing a deeply personal relationship with God and offering skills so that young people can be prepared for adulthood. The Men’s Ministry will meet on the Second Saturday of each month at 9 a.m., in the Cornerstone Café, to discuss topics that are important to men and learn how to walk in righteousness.  Men,18 and older, may submit desired topics for discussion in advance to Vincent Kelly, vincentlkelly88@msn.com.


OPEN MIC FIRE NIGHT  is a safe venue where all artists (musicians, vocalists, dancers, spoken word artists, action artists, comedians, writers, and rappers) can come together and exalt Christ through Christian artistry, every 4th Friday of the month from 7-9 p.m., in the CCF Main Fellowship Hall.  The venue is family friendly and all are invited. Our first Open Mic Fire Night for the New Year will be January 27, 2017.

Open Mic Fire Night Guidelines:

  • Open Mic Fire Night is a safe venue where all artists can exalt Christ through Christian artistry.
  • Open Mic artists should refrain from the use of profanity, racial slurs, inappropriate language and comments, and inappropriate gestures and body movements.
  • Open Mic Fire Night is family-friendly, and all ages are welcome to participate as performers and audience members.
  • Open Mic Fire Night will be conducted in a spirit of excellence.

 It’s not about entertainment, it’s evangelism through the Prophetic Arts!


Relentless Young Adults Ministry is hosting a trip to Mount Evans, on Saturday, June 24, 2017, beginning at 9 a.m.  Mountain goats and bighorn sheep will greet Relentless travelers as they travel “to the top of the world.”  Pastor Gerald is encouraging all participants to bring enough spending money for food, beverages, and souvenirs and to dress in layers as it can be 90 degrees in Denver and only 40 degrees at the top of Mount Evans.  Travelers will also drive to Idaho Springs.  To get additional details and to sign up, please visit the Youth & Young Adults Table in the lobby by this month, or contact Pastor Gerald, 303-368-7105, Ext. 214.


CCF’S ANNUAL CHURCH PICNICOur annual church picnic will be held Saturday, July 8, 2017, at Aurora Reservoir from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.  Hamburgers, hotdogs, and drinks will be provided.  Bring your favorite dish or dessert to share.  The cost to enter the park is $10 per car, but the picnic is free.  There will be an Old Fashioned Baptism, games, and other entertainment for your enjoyment.  If you would like to be baptized, please sign up at the Information Center during the month of June. You must also sign up for the picnic in June so we can have an accurate count and plenty of food.


If you are interested in mime, the Dance Ministry would like to invite you to learn about Christian Mime on Tuesday, July 11, 2017, from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m., in CCF’s Room 1.  This meeting will consist of education, training, the establishment of rehearsals, and more.



Wheels of fellowship (WOA) is sponsoring a fun ride on Saturday, July 15, 2017, beginning at 10 a.m.  WOA will meet in the CCF parking lot and ride to Bishop Castle in San Isabel National Forest. Bishop Castle is a one-man project named after its constructor, Jim Bishop, who started it as a family project and has worked on it for over 40 years.  Sign-up for this fun and exciting adventure with WOF


The Prophetic Arts Department’s Dance Ministry will host an open house on Saturday, July 15, 2017, at 8:30 a.m., in CCF’s Room 1. This is no ordinary open house, but an open house followed by a 6-session workshop that will share the history, basis, purpose, and etiquette of praise and worship dancing.


Encountering Freedom: A Healing & Deliverance Workshop will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2017, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., in the CVTS Fellowship Hall.  True freedom is found in pursuing what is healthy and edifying to your soul.  If you cannot say no to an emotion, relationship, behavior, or the like, you are not free but bound!  If you want to experience freedom from emotional pain, debilitating addictions, self-defeating habits, chronic fears, people pleasing, and performance based acceptance, Encountering Freedom will give you tools you can use every day to gain freedom from ungodly mindsets, habits, generational patterns, and wounds. It’s time to prepare for the Annual Fervor Youth Survivor Camping Trip on July 13 – 15, 2017 at Georgia Pass near Jefferson Lake. This trip will challenge your mind and your body and will foster an appreciation of God’s creation.  The cost is $30 per person and all payments and permission slips are due by Sunday, July 2, 2017.  There will be no refunds if you decide not to participate. No exceptions will be made this year.  If you plan to participate, you must be willing to experience the outdoors and all that is has to offer. Parents and young adults who would like to volunteer should also attend June 4th’s information meeting for all details.


MEN OF PURPOSE MEN’S MINISTRY RETREAT– REGISTER AND PAY TODAY! The Men’s Ministry is hosting a retreat for men, 18 and older, on July 20-22, 2017, at the YMCA of the Rockies, 2515 Tunnel Road, Estes Park, CO 80511. The cost of the retreat is $115 per man. If you desire to sponsor a man to attend the men’s retreat, you can do so at the table on Sundays or setup a scholarship online.  A non-refundable registration fee of $40 is due at the time of registration and registration will end on July 9, 2017.  The price of the retreat includes sleeping accommodations, linens, towels, and all meals for the entire retreat. Some of the retreat activities will include: white water rafting, praise and worship, golf, horseback riding, discussion sessions, prayer, a movie night, basketball, and more. Men are asked to bring their own snacks and specialty items. BACK TO SCHOOL EXTRAVAGAZA– No one should be worried about having the right tools for learning. We want to be sure students in our community and CCF family are ready for school this fall. School supplies will be given to our students and students in need from Ponderosa Elementary School on Saturday, August 5, 2017, beginning at 9 a.m. We will handout school supplies until we run out.  If you have questions about the Back to School Extravaganza or how to become a corporate sponsor, please contact Pastor Gerald Bargaineer, 303-368-7105, Ext. 214.

JOY Fellowship Ministry  Fall Colors Tour to Cripple Creek – The J.O.Y. Fellowship Ministry heading to this scenic tourism destination in Colorado on Saturday, September 23, 2017.  The tour cost is $75 and payments are non-refundable. The cost includes: a Continental Breakfast and boxed lunch. For an additional charge of $15, you can ride the train in Cripple Creek. The train departs every 45 minutes for a closer look at the changing leaves. Please note, donations are required for the bus tour of the Gold Mine. Fervor Youth & Family Ministry Purity Conference beginning September 8, 2017, from 7-9 p.m. during Fervor Friday Fire Nights. The Purity Conference will focus on educating teens and parents about the importance of abstinence and purity until marriage.  (Friday, September 8, 15, 22, 2017, and Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 9 a.m.) For details concerning the conference, please contact Pastor Gerald, 303-368-7105, Ext. 214.


Caregiver’s Symposium, Saturday, September 16, 2017, from 1-5 p.m.  –  Certified Senior Advisor, Gerontologist, Coach, and Speaker, Nadine Roberts Cornish, will ensure that her church family and those in the surrounding community know how to properly care for loved ones as well as care for themselvesTo register for the symposium, visit ccfyourhome.org/caregiving. September 24, 2017 Prophetic Arts Department Play, “Missing The  Main Ingredients” during both services, 8:30 (ASL) and 11 a.m.  A marriage counseling retreat hosted by 2 pastors for married couples helps the couples realize that their marriages will remain plagued with obstacles until they realize they are missing crucial main ingredients –  God, Love, and Forgiveness!


The Blessing: The Key To A Breakthrough Life Conference Free 2-Day Conference on  September 29, 2017 from 630-9 p.m., and September 30, 2017, from 9 a.m. -2 p.m. This breakthrough event will be conducted by Author and Teacher, Craig Hill.
