For 2024, all ministries and departments are allowed two (2) events unless your ministry meets monthly.
This 2-event limit does not include monthly meetings, classes, or programming for those who offer services that meet the needs of the congregation and community. After the Summit of Ministries meeting, no other events or activities will be scheduled until the following October unless it is deemed vital to the spiritual growth and support of CCF.
All events scheduled after May 31, 2024, will not include any room selections as we (CCF) are working according to the planned move. No events can be scheduled in the CVTS Building in 2024. Events should be planned to serve, minister to, and share the gospel with others. Consider planning events outside of the church walls. For example, ministering to our unhoused brothers and sisters or serving them in some way, visiting with and ministering to those in care facilities or schools, sharing the gospel outside of the church walls, etc.
Please remember:
1] All events should include or be focused on marketplace ministry, evangelism, and or outreach.
2] Do not schedule events, classes, workshops, etc. on Black-Out-Days or holidays.
3] Schedule special rehearsals, decoration days, etc. using a different form. Do not use the same form.
4] All guest speakers, performers, etc. invited to CCF for events, classes, workshops, etc. must be pre-approved by senior leadership prior to confirmation of your event.
5] Do not hire contractors to provide services for a CCF department ministry event without approval.
6] If you do not receive a PDF of your form after you submit it, check your SPAM folder. If it is not there, send an email to the Communications/Ministry Services Department immediately. Do not wait!
7] All forms are due by October 2, 2023. No late or incomplete forms will be accepted.
